应用CPR'2005与2000国际指南抢救护理心脏骤停病人的比较
Comparison on rescuing and nursing of cardiac arrest patients by applying CPR'2005 and 2000 version of international guidelines

Abstract
Objective: Based on the international cardio - puhnonary resuscita tion (CPR) guideline of 2005 version,to optimize the procedure and method of pre - hospital cardiac respiratory arrest (CA) and to speed up inside hospital reaction,to shorten the time from CA to carry out CPR so as to enhance the success rate of pre - hospital rescuing of CA patients.Methods: A total of 144 CA patients accepted pre - hospital rescuing within recent 8 years were reviewed and divided into two groups.Patients with CA of group A before the year 200 were treated based on the CPR 2000 version of international guide line.And patients with CA of Group B from the year 2006 were rescued accord ing to the CPR 2005 version of international guideline.Then the success rate of resuscitation and the time of beginning resuscitation of the two group cases were compared.Results: Totally 8 cases were recovered successfully in group B,and only 2 cases were recovered in group A.The effect of rescuing of group B cases was better than that of group A cases (P＜0.05).And the time of be ginning resuscitation in group B cases was shorter than that of group A cases (P＜0.01).Conclusion:To optimize CPR procedures and to shorten the begin ning time of resuscitation are effective methods of CA patients successfully rescue.Rescue nurses of pre - hospital CA were not only coordinators, but also were participators and executor.Nurses play an important role in listening the 120 calling, reducing inside hospital reaction time and shortening the beginning time of resuscitation for CA patients.关键词
