Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical result of repairing the limbs soft tissue defect with anterolateral thigh cutanceous flap.Methods 22 cases of the limbs soft tissue defect were repaired by anterolateral thigh cutaneous flap.The defects were 8 cm × 10 cm to 12 cm × 24 cm.The area of the flap ranged from 10 cm × 12 cm to 14 cm × 26 cm.Results The flaps all survived after operation.During a follow-up of 6 to 20 months ， the sensory functions were recovered in 3 months.10 cases were repaired at two stages.The thumb had fine appearance and functioned well.Conclusions Using the anterolateral thigh cutaneous flap is easy to operate and the flap has a good appearance and function.关键词
