Analysis of the Relationship Between Apparent strain and Earthquake in Hunan
摘要
Abstract
Using the events recorded by Hunan earthquake network, this paper studied the distribution and space-time evolution characteristis of the apparent strain for earthquakes with ML≥4.0 since 1970 in Hunan. The correlation of the earthquake apparent strain and magnitude is small for earthquakes with ML ≥4.0. The apparent strain increased nonlinearly with magnitude quickly. The results show that the corresponding relationship between the space-time evolution of apparent strain and earthquake in Hunan is well.关键词
