Identification of Ray Cartilage Glycosaminoglycans by Polyacrylamide Gel Electrophoresis
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] This paper aims to study the feasibility of qualitative determination of Ray Cartilage Glycosaminoglycans (RCG) by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. [ Methods ] Pure RCG is applied to conduct phosphate buffer of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. [ Results ] After being purified, RCG realizes seclusion of amylase. According to the electrophoretic mobility of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,RCG could be obviously identified. [ Conclusions] This method has good repeatability and could be used for the qualitative identification of RCG.关键词
