摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] To study the effect of Saivianolic acid B on regulating of cholesterol metabolism. [ Method ] SD rats were selected, and high-fat-model was established. Saivianolic acid B was injected for interference experiment. cholesterol and bile acid in blood and fecal of the rats were detected. [ Result ] Cholesterol content in blood of the drug intervention group was significantly lower than the high-fat-model group. The content of cholesterol and bile acid in fecal of the drug intervention group was significantly higher than the high-fat-model group. [ Conclusion] Blood cholesterol could be reduced by Saivianolic acid B in increasing excretion of fecal cholesterol and bile acid.关键词
