摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the expression and significance of ck17 and ck19 in oral squamous cell carcinoma OSCC ). Methods Immunohistochemical assay was employed to detect the expression of ck17 and ck19 in 78 cases OSCC and 10 cases normal control oral mucosa. ck17and ck19 expression in OSCC and its clinicopathological parameters were analyzed. Results ck17 and ck19 were undetected in all the control samples, while their positive rate among OSCC were 47. 4％ and 61. 5％ respectively. The expression of ck17 and ck19 were correlated with clinical stage and pathological grade( P ＜0. 05 ). Conclusion ck17and ck19 might promote the occurrence and development of OSCC.which had high expression in OSCC.关键词
