冠心宁合参麦注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛72例

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Guanxin Ning Injection combined with Shenmai Injection, both of which are patent traditional Chinese medicine, in treating unstable angina pectoris.Methods A total of 144 patients with unstable angina pectoris were averagely randomized into control group and treatment group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional treatments for unstable angina pectoris; while those in the treatment group were additionally treated with Guanxi Ning Injection and Shenmai Injection. The treatment course for the two groups was 1 week. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The frequency of angina attack, and the levels of whole blood viscosity and plasma viscosity in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜ 0. 05, or P＜ 0.01). There was no significant difference in coagulation function and the changes of T-wave of electrocardiogram between the two groups.Conclusion On the basis of conventional treatments, Guanxi Ning Injection combined with Shenmai Injection, both of which are extracts from Chinese materia medica for activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis, is helpful to the alleviation of unstable angina pectoris.关键词
