针灸对海洛因复吸大鼠脑组织多巴胺、5-羟色胺的影响
Effects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Levels of Dopamine and 5-Hydroxytryptamine in Brains of Rats with Heroin Relapse

Abstract
Objective To research the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in treating heroin relapse. Methods The rat model of heroin relapse was induced by intramuscular injection of incremental dosage heroin at three 8-day stages by two 5 -day breaks. The behavioral changes of conditional position preference, and the levels of dopamine (DA) and 5- hydroxytryptamine (5-HT) in the brains were observed in rats with heroin relapse. Results Acupuncture and moxibustion significantly inhibited the decrement of body mass, statistically decreased the levels of DA and 5- HT in the brains, and significantly prolong the retention time in the dark box in the rats with heroin relapse (P＜0.01). Conclusion One of the mechanisms of acupuncture and moxibustion in intervening heroin relapse might be related with inhibiting the release of DA and 5-HT in the brain, and decreasing the dependence on circumstances correlated with administering heroin.关键词
