Abstract
This paper summarizes the studies on receptor- mediated liver targeting drug- loading system in recent yeas.The research on receptor-mediated liver targeting drug-loading system has made some encouraging progress.The ability of liver targeting can be improved by the ligand-receptor connecting with drugs, liposomes, nanoparticles, gene,conjugate, etc.The application of the receptor- mediated mechanism has wide application prospects in the field of liver targeting drug-loading system.Especially the development of the specific liver receptors enrichs the theoretical system of active transport pathways and shows the bright future in the treatment of liver diseases.关键词
