摘要

Abstract

By dint of basic principles and central theory of HACCP in Food-Additives teaching, and taking teaching points and problems students likely to have as the key controlling point of teaching program, problems were analyzed and proposed so as to achieve effective control and solve problem and realize purpose of prospect teaching effect.
