摘要

Abstract

In order to determine the adsorbing capability of the ion exchange fiber, the SEM and IR were used to characterize the feature of the ZB-2 alkali anion exchange fiber before and after absorbing the dihydrocapsaicin. Then the absorption speed of dihydrocapsaicin by ion exchange fiber was measured. It was found that the dominant adsorption procedure is film diffusion at first, and then at the third minute, the dominant adsorption procedure turns to be the ion diffusion through the exchange fiber. The influences of stirring speed, concentration of dihydrocapsaicin, temperature and ion exchange fiber diameter on the speed of ion exchange process were studied. Finally, the total kinetic equation of the ion diffusion through ion exchange fiber was deduced, and the apparent activation energy, reaction order and speed constant of the ion diffusion procedure were obtained.
