Design for Fe/Cu based lead-free self-lubricating laminar composites
摘要
Abstract
Based on design rules for multi-layer serf-lubricating composites, a new type of iron and copper (Fe/Cu)alloy based laminar self-lubricating composites were designed. A new lead-free serf-lubricating technology of alloy was developed. The serf-lubricating laminar Fe/Cu powder composites were prepared by P/M process and their triboiogical characteristics were studied. The results show that the newly developed composites have better selflubricating properties and can replace lead-copper alloy widely used in self-lubricating applications, which have important reference value in development of high-performance metal-based self-lubricating composites.关键词
