登革3型病毒义乌流行株免疫原性研究
Biological characteristics of dengue virus type 3 isolated from Yiwu,China

Abstract
To study the biological characteristics of dengue virus type 3 isolated from Yiwu, China, the genome was amplified by RT-PCR, and phylogenetic trees were constructed by MEGA 4 based on E and NS1 nucleotide and amino acid.E protein expression plasmid named JESS-ywD3prM/E397JEV -pcDNA5 was constructed and transfected into 293T cells, the supernatants containing secreted E protein were purified by sucrose density gradient centrifugation and inoculated into BALB/c mice,the humoral immunity was evaluated by ELISA and neutralization analysis.Phylogenetic tree analysis showed that the similarity with Guangzhou strain GZ1D3 and India strain GWL-25 were reached above 99%.Secreted E protein could induce dengue specific IgG antibodies and neutralizing antibodies against homotypic dengue virus.关键词
