摘要

Abstract

A series of Ni2P-modified MoS2/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with constant Mo contents were prepared by the thermal decomposition of ammonium tetrathiomolybdate and nickel hypophosphite under N2 atmosphere. The structure of the catalysts was characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, X-ray diffraction, and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy. The catalytic performance of the catalysts for hydrodesulfurization (HDS) was evaluated in a fixed-bed microreactor using dibenzothiophene (DBT) as the model compound. The results indicated that when the amount of Ni2P was 4% (mass), the catalyst showed a relatively high catalytic activity with a strong preference for the hydrogenation desulfurization (HYD) pathway. Its hydrogenation selectivity (2. 11) was 2.9 times that of reference catalyst (0. 72) at 300C. The addition of Ni2P had an effect on the average stacking number and slab length of MoS2.
