摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate the bacterial distribution and resistance to antibiotic in urinary tract infections in male in China in 2009.Methods All the clinical stains isolated and the susceptibility tests of the isolates were performed by 114 hospitals around China from January 1, 2009 to December 31, 2009. Disc diffusion test, MIC test and E -test were used to detect the antimicrobial sensitivity according to Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute (CLSI, 2009) manual and the susceptibility data were processed with WHONET 5.5 software. Results Seven thousand and one hundred eighty - three pathogenic strains were collected from urine specimen of male, which included E. coli 2325 strains (32. 37% ), E. faecium 737 strains ( 10. 26% ), E. faecalis 698 strains (9. 72% ) and K. pneumonia 520 strains (7. 24% ). The proportions of E. coli, K. pneumonia and P. mirabilis strains producing extended -spectrum β - lactamase were 68.5% ,62. 2% and 49. 2%, respectively.The proportions of E. coli, K. pneumonia, E. cloaecae and P. mirabilis strains resistant to imipenem were 0. 5%, 3.9%, 1.1% and 1.0%,respectively. The proportions of E. coli, K. pneumonia, E. cloaecae and P. mirabilis strains resistant to levofioxacin were 58.8%, 36. 3%, 34. 6% and 38. 8%, respectively. The proportions of P. aeruginosa and A. baumannii strains resistant to imipenem were 16. 1% and 31.2%. 3. 9% and 3. 5% of E. faecium were resistant to vancomycin and teicoplanin, respectively. O. 8% and 0. 5% of E. faecalis were resistant to vancomyicin and teicoplanin, respectively.Conclusion E. coli and Enterococcus were predominant organism in male urinary tract infections in China.
