Abstract
Objective To determine the content of hesperidin in Lingbei Cough Syrup by RP - HPLC. Methods The determination was carried out on the Symmetry C18 column. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3OH -CH3COOH - H2O(35 ∶ 4 ∶ 61). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detective wavelength was at 283 nm. Results The content of hesperidin could be determined by RP - HPLC. The linear conrentration range of hesperidin was 84. 0 - 840. 0 μg/mL. The average recovery rate was 101. 75％ , RSD was 0. 32％ ( n =6). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be used to control the quality of Lingbei Cough Syrup.关键词
