宫颈上皮内瘤变及宫颈鳞癌中Ki-67的表达与高危型HPV感染相关性的研究

Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of Ki-67 in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia( CIN ) and cervical squamous cell carcinoma and its relationship with HPV infection.and to explore the role of Ki-67 in evaluation of the prognosis of CIN. Methods Ki-67 protein expression was detected in 147 cases of CIN.29 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma( CSC ) and 30 cases of normal cervical epithelium by immunohistochemistry. The high-risk HPV infection was detec:ted in all cases. Results The average gray scale of Ki-67 gradually increased ( except in CIN Ⅱ group ). The average gray scale of Ki-67 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma group was significantly higher than in the other groups ( P＜0. 05 ). The average gray scale of Ki-67 was significantly higher in CIN Ⅰ , Ⅲ group than in control group ( P ＜0. 05 ),and also higher in CIN Ⅲ group than in CIN Ⅱ group ( P ＜ 0. 05 ). The positive rates of high-risk HPV were 0 in normal controls.52.63％ in CIN Ⅰ ,58.82％ in CIN Ⅱ ,82. 05％ in CIN Ⅲ and 100％ in CSC. The positive rate of high-risk HPV was statistical different between 5 groups except between CIN Ⅱgroup and CIN Ⅰ group. There was a positive correlation between Ki-67 and HPV infection( r = 0. 228 ,P ＜0. 05 ). ConcILLsion Ki-67 can be. used as a predictive index for prognosis of CIN with HPV infection.关键词
