雷公藤片治疗类风湿性关节炎74例
The Clinic Effect of Tripterygium Wilforddi Hook on Rheumatoid Arthritis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinic effect and safety of tripterygium wilforddi hook on theumatoid arthritis. Methods 146 cases of rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided to observation group( n =74) and control group( n =72). The observation group were treated by tripterygium wilforddi hook, and the control group were treated by methotrexate. Results There were significant difference in the time of morning stiffness, the joint number of pressing pain, the joint number of swelling and the average of gripping( P＜0.05 ). There were also significant difference in the rate of adverse reaction( χ2 =4. 80. P ＜ 0. 05 ). Conclusion Tripterygium wilforddi hook would improve the symptom and sign in patients of theumatoid arthritis, reduce the rate of adverse reaction, worthy of clinic spreading.关键词
