Abstract
Objective: To observe effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine on 191 patients with chronic severe hepatitis.Methods: In addition to symptomatic treatment, the 191 patients were given Chinese medicine dispensed in our hospital. The dispensed medicine aimed to lower enzyme, regulate immune system, regulate protein ratio, relieve portal hypertension, ameliorate liver and spleen, drain water and stop bleeding. Besides, Chinese decoction or enema were used so as to check comma, jaundice, renal failure,Stubborn angiographic water. Results: Of 191 patients, 35 patients responded significantly, 110 patients responded favorably, 46 patients not responded, total effective rate reached 75.9％. Conclusion: Integrative Chinese and western Medicine has definite curative effects and can lower mortality rate. Selected integrative treatment regimen will have clinical significance and wide application prospect.关键词
