小鼠显微操作针的制作技术
Study on technology of making pipettes for microinjection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate suitable methods to make the holding pipettes, injection pipettes and pipettes for embryo handling during the production of transgenic mice. Methods Borosilicate glass tubes were burned by alcohol lamp burner and pulled by hand or in different parameters of P-97 puller to make the different inner and outer diameters of pipettes. Results Holding pipettes,injection pipettes and pipettes for embryo handling had good effect for microinjection with the increased survival rate of fertilized eggs.Conclusion The method is suitable to make pipettes for microinjection.关键词
