四角蛤蜊糖胺聚糖的分离纯化及功能活性研究
Study on Purification and Functional Activity of Glycosaminoglycan from Mactra quadrangularis
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To study the purification and function of Glycosaminoglycan(GAG) from Mactra quadrangularis. [Method] GAG was isolated from soft parts of Mactra quadrangularis,and was purified. Functions of purified GAG were analyzed. [ Result]The purity of GAG gained from the soft parts of Mactra quadrangularis reached 95.03% ,after 2 purification. Hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radica could be scavenged by GAG,but the scavenging capacity of GAG was weaker than Vc. Anticoagulant effect of GAG was weaker than heparin. [ Conclusion] GAG had strong anticoagulant effect and scavenging capavity to hydroxyl radical and superoxide anion radical.关键词
