摘要
Abstract
Pseudomonas aeruginosa is a common clinical conditioned pathogens. The extensive and irrational use of antimicrobial agents ,makes the resistance of Pstudomonas aeruginosa becoming stronger. There has been a lot of multidrug resistant strains which makes the clinical treatment great difficult. Resistance mechanisms of Pseudomonas aeruginosa is very complex. This review summarized the resistance mechanisms of the barrier of outer membrane permeability,the change of action targets,the formation of inactivated enzyme,the formation of biofilm and active efflux pump system.关键词
