Factors Affecting Quality and Granulation Property of Pellet Feeds
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] In order to ensure quality of pellet feeds and improve production performance of animals. [ Method ] The factors affecting the quality and granulation property of the pellet feeds from the raw material, process and equipment were analyzed. [ Result]The composition and ratio of raw materials had the greatest effects on the performance of pellet feeds and accounted for 40％; smashing performance accounted for 20％; temperature and other refining factors accounted for 20％; ring roller equipments accounted for 15％; and cooling and drying conditions accounted for 5％. [ Conclusion ] We analyze the factors affecting the quality of pellet feeds and provide reference for improving the quality and granulating property of pellet feeds.关键词
