摘要
Abstract
By using the two Doppler radars of Chongqing and Wanzhou ,the strong convective storms occurred in Chongqing on May 6,2010 which caused hailstorms and gale were analyzed. As indicated by the results,the storm took on the supercell characteristic,the reflectivity presented three-body scattering,bounded weak echoes region (BWER) and handing echoes,while the radical velocity echoes showed adverse wind zone and mid-altitude radial convergence (MARC); what's more, the VIL increased in a leap, three-body scattering, mid-altitude radial convergence and other radar echo characteristics provided valuable information for the approaching forecast of the gale and hailstorms.关键词
