Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing of 11 patients with tracheal malignant tumors through low-temperature radiofrequency ablation. Intraoperative complications included wound hemorrhage, cough and tachypnea, dyspnea and the nursing point was to stop bleeding quickly and suck the smoke and failing objects promptly and to figure out reasons of dyspnea. In addition to common complications of all over the body such as fever and pain, nursing of local complications of respiratory played a critical part. To maintain airway humidification, timely removal of the tracheal secretions and necrotic tissue, maintenance of airway unimpeded and early detection and treatment of hemoptysis and pulmonary infection should be emphasized. Intraoperative and postoperative complications of patients were timely and effectively treated. Patients recovered without serious complications.关键词
