Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway on nursing quality in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes were divided into tradition group (n=130) and clinical nursing pathway group (n=136). Nursing quality indicators (incidence of hypoglycemia, fall risk, incompliance, incidence of incorrect insulin injection, incidence of improper diet and sport) of patients in two groups were compared. Results The incidences of incompliance, incorrect insulin injection, improper diet and sports of clinical nursing pathway group were lower than those of tradition group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is beneficial to the nursing quality of type 2 diabetes patients and reduced the incidence of unsafe cases.关键词
