2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度与血清Fractalkine、CRP的相关性研究
Association of Serum Fractalkine, C-reactive Protein and Carotid Artery Intima-media Thickness of Patients with Type 2 Diabetic

Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between the levels of serum Fractalkine, C-reactive protein ( CRP )and the intima-media thicknes( IMT )of carotid artery in the patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods The levels of serum Fractalkine,C-reactive protein and carotid artery intima-media thickness were determined in 112 patients with type 2 diabetes and 40 healthy controls. Results The levels of serum Fractalkine,CRP and carotid artery intima-media thickness in patients with type 2 diabetic ( P ＜0.01 ),and higher than that of normal controls ( P ＜0.01 );The levels of serum Fractalkine and CRP showed positive correlation ( r＝ 0.495 ,P ＜ 0.01 ). The multiple regression analysis with IMT as the dependent variable showed that the regression coefficients of levels of serum CRP, Fractalkine were 0. 311 and 0.287, respectively( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Fractalkine, CRP and IMT increased significantly in the patients with type 2 diabetes. It seems to be a certain value in the detection of serum Fractalkine and intervention in early patients with subclinical diabetic macrovascular disease.关键词
