扶芳藤对血液流变学及凝血功能影响的研究
Effects of Euonymus Fortunei on Hemorrheology and Coagulation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of Euonymus fortunei on hemorheology and coagulation. Methods The serum prothrombin time( PT ), thrombin time( TT ), activated partial thromboplastin time( APTT ), englobulin lysis time( ELT )and the bleeding time and coagulation time were measured in normal rat and mice ,which were administered intragastrically with different doses of Euonymus fortunei. Results The blood specific viscosity of low-dose Euonymus fortunei group decreased significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ), the plasma viscosity of low-dose, middle-and high-dose groups decreased significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ); maximum agglutination ratio of low-dose group decreased significantly( P ＜0.01 );The APTY of low-dose, middle-and high-dose groups decreased significantly( P＜ 0.01 ), and ELT of low-dose group decreased siguificantly( P＜0.01 ); and the bleeding time of middle-dose group prolonged( P＜0.05 ). The coagulation time of low-dose group shorten significantly( P ＜ 0.05 ). Conclusion Euonymus fortunei has a certain improving effects on blood coagulation function and hemorheology.关键词
