1,25-二羟维生素D3治疗IgA肾病的临床观察
Effect of 1,25-Dihydroxy Vitamin D3 on Patients with IgA Nephropathy
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate effect and safety of treatment of 1 alpha,25-dihydroxycholecalciferol 1,25( OH )2D3 ]on IgA nephropathy. Methods 30 IgA nephropathy patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Proteinuria, renal function and blood calcium were detected before treatment and 8 weeks later.Results Compared with control group, the descent of proteinuria in test group was more obvious with significant difference 8 weeks later( P ＜ 0.05 ); a moderate rise in control group showed a moderate rise after treatment, but the difference was not significant( P ＞ 0.05 ), which kept stable in treatment group. The urine protein decreased after treatment in both groups( P ＜0.05 ). No adverse reaction was found in all the patients. Conclusion 1,25( OH )2D3 can reduce proteinuria of IgA nephropathy without severe side-effects.关键词
