高速公路交通安全服务水平分级量化研究
Classification and Measurement of LOSS (Level of Service of Safety) of Freeway
摘要
Abstract
Level of service of safety (LOSS) is a new concept in traffic safety field both at home and abroad. It is a quality index to describe the safety situation of roads and traffic safety service that are provided to traffic participants. Research status quo, concept definition, application and research content of LOSS were introduced. The classification index was studied. LOSS classification method of σ theory was put forward. The LOSSs of freeways in plain and mountainous regions were classified. LOSS is a new method to evaluate traffic safety quantitatively. It can not only describe the potential to improve road safety, but also provide a reference for traffic safety improvement projects.关键词
