摘要
Abstract
The traffic congestion around schools and students' unsafe crossing-street behaviors make the traffic safety a complicated problem. This paper investigates and summarizes the factors affecting safety and their countermeasures.By summing up the national and foreign disposal strategies to deal with road traffic safety, four kinds of management countermeasures are obtained: legislative norms, security plans, facility design and safety education. Finally, the paper analyzes these four categories.关键词
