分离性垂直斜视的临床表现及手术治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical characteristics、 surgical management and the results for the correction of dissociated vertical deviation( DVD). Methods According to different clinical manifestations and preoperative test results in patients with DVD, different surgical procedures were done. Results Surgical treatment cured 24 eyes ( 70. 59 ％ ) , improved 6 eyes ( 17.65％ ), 4 eyes ineffective ( 11.76％ ). Another nine eyes didn't take surgery. After the training of binocular vision, 6 patients got visual function of grade Ⅰ , 4 got visual function of grade Ⅱ and 3 cases in visual function of grade Ⅲ. Conclusion Surgical treatment of individual patients can make DVD satisfactory results, the treatment of functional training is also an important part of strabismus ' treatment.关键词
