摘要

Abstract

2011 IEEE International conference on nano/micro engineered and molecular systems (IEEE-NEMS 2011) waa held in Kaohsiung. Taiwan during February 20-23, 2011. The conference brought together 400 leading scientiats and researchers world-wide to disseminate their moat recent and advanced findings in MEMS and Nanotechnology. In this review, the current research in microfluidics and LOC.bio-MEMS devices and aystems. metamaterial and its application, and new transducer system was introduced.The prospect of micro/nano technology was also analyzed. The success of this conference signifies that the micro/nano technology has been one of the main technologies which effect the development of the world and the human life.
