摘要
Abstract
Objective Detection of serum retinol binding protein (RBP) activity levels,jointly with the renal target discussion on RBP diagnostic value of clinical testing in patients with diabetic nephropathy. Metbods Based on fasting blood glucose and urine protein test metrics,early DN were divided into groups of patients with diagnosed diabetes clinical DN groups ; DN groups treated ;simple DM group and control group. Confirmed by Roche C501 automatic biochemical Analyzer of 144 patients with diabetes mellitus and normal control group of 50 cases of serum RBP and renal indices (BUN,Cr and Cys-c) for testing and statistical analysis (x2 test and t tests). Results There were significant differences (P＜0. 01) between early DN value RBP detection group (63. 27±26. 73) mg/L,clinical stage DN group (71. 35±26. 07) mg/L,DN group treatment period (64. 95～21. 89) mg/L and normal control group (42. 85～12. 73) mg/L. Earlier DN groups RBP bad higher sensitivity than the BUN, high sensitivity of Cr and Cys-c indicators. Early DN RBP positive rate group (62. 4％) was significantly higher than the DN treated group (31. 6 ％ ) (x2 = 10. 27,P＜0. 01). Conclusion RBP detection in serum or joint detection helps patients with diabetic nephropathy and renal indices of observation early diagnosis,and prognosis.关键词
