Abstract
Objective To explore the value of immunomagnetic separation and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (IMS-ELISA) detecting human leukocyte antigen B27 (HLA-B27) , HLA-B27 in the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis (AS).Methods Simultaneously used IMS-ELISA and flow cytometry(FCM) to detect HLA-B27 in 320 suspected AS patients in our hospital from May 2007 to Feb 2011. Then calculate and contrast the two results' correspondertce rate, sensitivity, specificity and negative&positive predictive value according to the results of the two methods mentioned above. Results The number of the people clinically diagnosed as AS patients was 178 and 142 non-AS patients. The results' correspondence rate of IMS-ELISA and FCM was 98. 4 %. Their respective data of sensitivity, specificity and negative & positive predictive value were 0. 972 , 0. 989(x2 = 0. 13,P= 0. 085) ; 0. 951, 0. 965 (x2 = 0. 02,P = 0. 098); 0. 964, 0. 986 (x2 = 0. 03,P =0. 079) and 0. 961, 0. 972 (x2 = 0.00,P = 0. 102) respectively, and there was no statistically significant correlation (P>0. 05). Conclusion In contrast with IMS-ELISA and FCM,their results' correspondence rate on HLA-B27 is high, and so it is with sensitivity and specifrcity. Their clinical applicability approaches with each other. It is could be popularized in basic level hospitals.关键词
