棉网清洁器反齿导向盖板根数的优化研究
Optimization and Research of Web Cleaner Anti-tooth Guide Flat Number
摘要
Abstract
Effects of carding machine web cleaner anti-tooth guide flat number on card sliver quality were studied.Card sliver quality was tested by Premier aQuar neps and short fiber content tester when adopting different anti-tooth guide flat numbers.The results shows that the amount of fiber neps, SCN neps and neps total number are least when the anti-tooth guide flat number is one,neps can be removed favorably.3％ L,5％ L and effective length are the longest when anti-tooth guide flat number is one.It is considered that the card sliver quality can be improved effectively when the antitooth guide flat number is one.关键词
