高效液相色谱法快速测定植物油中苯并芘的研究

摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to develop a HPLC method for the determination of benzopyrene in vegetable oil. [ Method ] With column of C18(5 μ,m,4.6 mm ×250 mm) ,the mobile phase of acetonitrile:water (88: 12) ,the flow of 1.0 ml/min,excitation wavelength of 384 nm,emission wavelength of 406 nm,column temperature of 35 ℃. and the injection volume of 10 μl ,the residual of benzopyrene in vegetable oil was determined. [ Result]The limit of detection was 1 μg/kg,The linear plots were obtained between 0 and 0. 1 μg/ml. Overall recoveries were more than 95% ,and RSD was 1.04%. [ Conclusion]This method has advantages of simple process of sample treatment, short analysis time and low consumption of reagents,and is suitable for the quantitative and qualitative determination of benzopyrene in vegetable oil.关键词
