摘要
Abstract
This experiment aimed to explore the physiological mechanisms of inhihiting and promoting functions of herbicide fluoroglycolene and to select the hest concentration, which could kill the weeds effectively and be safe to the Sophora japonical L. The effects of fluoroglycofene under high, middle, and low concentrations on the pure growth. leaf chlorophyll content, MDA content and conductance rate of Sophora jaPonical L were determined. The results showed that fluoroglycofene of high and middle concentrations inhibitedt he growth of Sophora jaPonical L. When carrying out the chemical weeding in the nursery garden of Soplzora japonical L., fluoroglycofene can be used at the concentration of 0. 25 g · kg-1 , and the proper protective measures must be strengthened to avoid liquid splashing on leaves.关键词
