蛹虫草菌丝体液体发酵培养条件的优化研究
Study of Optimization on Liquid Fermentation Conditions of Cordyceps militaris Mycelium
摘要
Abstract
Compared with the dry weight of mycelium and the crude polysaccharide production. the optimal carbon source was sucrose, and the optimal nitrogen source was soybean powder. Through orthogonal experiment with four factors and three levels, the optimal fermentation medium of liquid was potato 20% , sucrose 5% , Soybean meal 2% ,KH2 PO4 0. 1%. MgSO4 · 7H2O 0. 1%, VB1 0. 01%. And the best fermentation process control of flask was: filling liquid 100 · 250 mL-1 . age of pure cuLture72 h. pitching 15% . initial pH 6. 0. temperature 24 ℃ ,stirring rate 150 r ·min-1 , fermentation 120 h.关键词
