Abstract
[ Objective ] The aim was to research the effect of different SO2 stress treatments on six kinds of protective enzyme activities in the leaves of Acer ginnala. [ Method] In this experiment, the three-year-old seedlings of Acer ginnala were treated by static SO2 fumigation treatment, and the variation tendency of the six protective enzymes activities under different SO2 concentrations(0,0.3,1.5,3.0,6.0 mg/m3) and different treatment times(0,2,4,6 h)were studied. [ Result ] With the increase of SO2 concentrations, PPO and APX activity kept decreasing, SOD, CAT,POD and GR activities firstly inereasod and then decreased rapidly, while GR activity saw a slight decrease; under different treatment time, CAT and GR activity firstly increased and then decreased with the stress time, but the SOD,POD,PPO and APX activities declined with the prolonging of stress time, and SOD and GR activity saw a much stable fluctuation. [ Conclusion] The decline of the PPO,POD and APX activities might be one of the causes of the SO2 damage to the Acer ginnalla seedlings, and the stable change of SOD ,CAT and GR activities was the adaptive response mechanism of Acer ginnala to SO2 stress.关键词
