摘要

Abstract

In order to bond the table tennis baseboard easily, the concept of the stead of glue solution by soybean protein adhesive film was put forward. The conditions for bonding the table tennis baseboard was explored based on single factor and response surface design method from the film thickness, film moisture content, table tennis backplanes moisture content and other aspects of film. The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: the film thickness was 0.15 mm, the film moisture content was 11% and the moisture content of table tennis backplanes was 10%, under the optimal conditions, the bonding strength of the film was 1.483 02 MPa.
