摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the influence of the time and method of pregnancy termination on newborns in severe preeclampsia.Methods 129 pregnant women suffered from severe preeclampsia were enrolled for retrospective analysis.The rates of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal mortality were observed.Results Of 129cases,there was no maternal death, 110 cases were delivered by cesarean, The cesarean rate of was 85.27％ , 19 cases were delivered by vaginal delivery and there was no significant difference in the rates of neonatal asphyxia and perinatal mortality of different way of delivery , there was significant difference in the rates of neonatal asphyxia in ≤ 34 week group.Conclusion Pregnancy should be terminated in time, pregnancy terminated is one of the most important treatment methods and cesarean section is the first choice.关键词
