摘要
Abstract
In order to get a high power high repetition solid-state laser, we designed the optical resonator by LAS-CAD software, and analysis the thermal effect of laser crystal and laser peculiarity parameters.According to emulation design result, we carried out a concrete experiment and got the compact solid-state laser.The length of the resonance cavity is 400 mm, 21.6 W output power is obtained under the condition of 100 kHz repetition frequency and 60 W pumped power, resulting in an optical conversion efficiency of 36% ,and a slope efficiency of 39.9%.关键词
