摘要

Abstract

The development of arbitrary waveform generator based on direct digital synthesis (DDS) technology is discussed in this paper. EP1C3T144C8 (FPGA chip) is adopted and SCM is taken as a cybernetics core in the design to realize DDS function through phase accumulator and waveform ROM. The generator can produce not only the conventional waveform such as sine wave, square wave, triangle wave and sawtooth wave,but also the arbitrary waveform. It can match the needed wave by keyboard and meet the requirement af the relative studies. The system testing data is given. The reason caused by stray and noise which influences the spectral purity is analyzed.
