大学生村官在新农村建设中态度的积极转变及问题分析——以朔州市调研为例
Analysis on Positive Transition and Problems of College-graduate Officials in New Rural Construction
摘要
Abstract
Based on the questionnaire investigation, deep interview and statistics study of leaders in city and county government, more than 250 college-graduate villages officials, more than 150 grassroots village cadres and villagers in Shuozhou City, the positive transition of university officials in new rural construction and difficulties in working for university student village officials were expounded. Therefore, growth rules of university students in new countryside construction were studied. In the end, the bright future of university students in Shuozhou was explored.关键词
