苯并香豆素-3-甲酸酯的合成及荧光性研究
Study on Synthesis and Fluorescent Properties of Alkyl Benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates

Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the synthesis and fluorescent properties of alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates. [ Method ] Alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates were prepared from 2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde and diethyl malonate by Knoevenagel reaction.The influences of solvents were studied from their UV-visible and fluorescence data.[ Result ] The result showed that alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates are strong fluorescent compounds and emit bright blue fluorescence.n-Propyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylate possesses the highest fluorescence quantum yield among these esters.DMSO was used as the fluorescence quenching solvent.As the polarity of the solvent increased,the emission maximum wavelength λem showed little shift.[ Canclusion]The study can lay basis for utilization of alkyl benzocoumarin-3-carboxylates in a large scale.关键词
