摘要

Abstract

The gangue was taken as the main material to synthesize P-type zeolite by hydrothermal crystallization after calcination and alkali melting, The optimum conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiments, they were: n ( SiO2 )/n ( Al2O3 ) = 3.3, n ( Na2O )/n ( SiO2 ) =1.3, n( H2O)/n(Na2O) =60, aging at 60 ℃ for 3 h and hydrothermal crystallization at 93 ℃ for 7 h. The products were detected as pure Ptype zeolite by XRD and SEM test.
