杏鲍菇17号杂交菌株选育研究
Research on the Hybrid Strain of Pleurotus No. 17 Breeding
摘要
Abstract
[Objective] New hyhbrid strain of Pleurotus with high yield and good quality was selected.[ Method ] With the principle of the formation of the dual-core mycelium the hybridization between the different mating types of strains with single-core mycelium, the strains with single-core mycelium: the Pleurotus strains No. 11 and No. 13 being taken as parents, were bred.[ Results ] New strain-Pleurotus strain No. 17 was produced,which fruiting body was with the shape of bowling ball,high yield and the biological effciency of 121.02％.[ Conelusion] the indicators of Pleurotus strain No. 17 were stable and suitable for application at large scale关键词
