Abstract
Seeds are very important agricultural materials of production. The distribution channel of seeds requires potent controller to completely eradicate fake commodity or seeds with poor quality and to maintain the intellectual property rights of certain variety. The potency of channel members decides whether the channel control power can be gained, which demands seeds retailers, wholesalers and seed companies possess professional technology, customer resources and essential financial support to other members. The control power of distribution channel which is controlled by seed companies is good for the healthy development of seed industry; however, seed companies have to improve their research and development level, offer seed varieties with differentiation predominance. Moreover, it is also important to provide wholesalers with financial support, to enhance distribution channel, promotion method so that seed companies can win farmers'support and obtain adequate control of channel.关键词
