扶正消瘤法对乳腺癌术后患者细胞免疫功能的影响
Effect of the Law of Fuzheng Xiaoliu on Immunity function in Patients with Breast Cancer Postopreation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the efect of the Law of Fuzheng Xiaoliu on the cellular immune function in patients with breast cancer postopreation. Methods:84 patients with breast cancer postopreation were randomly divided into two groups .The treatment group treated with Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction ,and the control group had no herbal therapy. The level of Tlymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+,CDS+,CD4+/DS+) and NK cell were detemined before and after treatment. Result: The level of CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+ and NK cell were significantly higher after treatment than between before treatment and the control group, with significant difference (P＜0.05),The level of CD8+ showed no significant difference statistically (P＞0.05).Conclusion:Fuzheng Xiaoliu Decoction can obviously enhance the cellular immune function in patients with breast cancer postopreation.关键词
